Processing Purposes and Legal Basis
Data processing of personal data is used to provide and administrate a user account for the database (repository), based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b. DSGVO.

Your personal data is not transmitted to third parties.
Transmission toThird Countries
There is no transmission to Third Countries.
Duration of storage
The personal data of your user account (not content provided) is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the aforementioned purposes. This can inter alia mean storage until the limitation period is reached for demands claimed by us. Further, your personal data is stored as long as a legal obligation exists to keep and verify it. Storage duration thus usually lasts 1 year after the last use of the account.
Rights of persons affected
You are free to gain disclosure on the personal data about yourself we store (Art. 15 DSGVO). Furthermore, you have the right to correct (Art. 16 DSGVO), delete (Art. 17 DSGVO), limit processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), data transmission (Art. 20 DSGVO) and appeal (Art. 21 DSGVO).
Complaint at a supervisory authority
If you think processing of your personal data has happened unlawfully, you have the right to complaint at a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO).
Obligation to provide personal data
Providing your personal data is neccessary for the conclusion of contract or rather the implementation and provision of the repository. In case of non-provisioning, the database cannot be used.
