Following a decision by the MLU Library Commission, publication fees for journal articles of up to EUR 3000 incl. VAT will be covered with immediate effect instead of the previous EUR 2000. In addition, all costs for DEAL contracts with Wiley, Elsevier and Springer Nature will be covered for both hybrid and Gold Open Access articles.
For monographs, up to 5000 EUR can be applied for from the publication fund; this also applies to contributions in an edited volume, provided that the entire edited volume is published Gold Open Access.
