Share_it

Share_it is our central service for storing, archiving and making available digital publications (including open-access publications, secondary publications and university theses), as well as various research outputs from Martin Luther University and other universities and higher education institutions in Saxony-Anhalt. You can also search through a wide range of our digitised historical works (e.g. VD 18, incunabula).

Share_DIGit

With this platform, the library offers a further portal – alongside Share_it – for the storage, archiving and provision of access to digitised materials. Here you will find both our digitised 16th- and 17th-century printed works and digitised versions of our historical newspapers.

The digital documents in Share_it and Share_DIGit are made available in accordance with recognised quality standards. This ensures that these items can be permanently stored, easily found and properly cited.

SADAR

Through this repository, the library provides a service for the storage, archiving and dissemination of research data and other digital objects for members of MLU and partner institutions.

MENAdoc

The MENAdoc specialist repository is a key component of the services offered by the Specialist Information Service (FID) for Middle Eastern, North African and Islamic Studies. The FID collaborates with various publishers and institutions to offer free worldwide access via MENAdoc to digital sources and publications relating to the MENA region and Islam.

MENAsearch

MENAsearch is the central search portal of the Specialist Information Service (FID) for Middle Eastern, North African and Islamic Studies. In MENAsearch, you can find literature on Islamic and Middle Eastern studies, discover literature in the languages and scripts of the MENA region, order print items via local and interlibrary loans, find digital resources in the MENAdoc open-access repository, make use of FID licences available online, create a watchlist for resources, and export bibliographic references in transliterated form and in the original script.
