We are offering patron introduction for high school students on request. In them, we will convey the following:

  • First information on the University and State Library Saxony-Anhalt (collection, branch libraries ...)
  • first information for patrons (opening hours, registration, borrowing ...)
  • literature research (OPAC and further research options)
  • tips for thematic search, media selection, search strategies, source assessment, writing the homework (on request)
  • tour through the central library with the most important service points as well as a tour through the historical library storage

Basic knowledge of catalogue research is required.
