Fritz Schneider was born in Szczecin (Stettin) in 1872 and died in Doberlug-Kirchhain in 1957.
He studied law and economics in Halle (Saale) from 1892 to 1894. At the suggestion of the legal philosopher and social historian Rudolf Stammler (1856-1938), Schneider spent six decades studying theory and practice in economics. In the last years of his life, Schneider outlined his observations of the politics of socialism. In 1957, he handed over these records to the University and State Library of Halle (Saale).
They were given the estate signature Yi 27.
