Info-Break Series Knowledge Management for Students

Content

Knowledge management has always been a core task of libraries. Of course, this also includes conveying skills regarding this field. Thanks to a new series of short events, the Info Breaks, topics from everyday student life are addressed:

The series begins with the event Too many notes? Avoiding time pressure and exam stress.

Have you ever heard of the PQ4R method? Or how to use a mental sieve to organize learning content in a meaningful way? We offer practical tips on knowledge management that could be helpful (not only) in exam times: Either drop by, or (to make planning easier for us) send us a short notice in advance at learnit@bibliothek.uni-halle.de.

When? Thursday, 2.2.23, 2 p.m.
For how long? 20 minutes, no more.
Where? Empore, Branch Library Heide-Süd, Von-Danckelmann-Platz 1, 06120 Halle, Germany.

The next event in the series is going to take place on 2/23/23, 2:00 pm giving an overview of literature management software. Further information is available here.
