As arranged previously with the publishers Springer Nature and Wiley, the DEAL consortium has recently reached an agreement with the publisher Elsevier.
Eligible institutions will be able to publish scientific publications Open Access and furthermore, participating institutions will have access to almost the entire journal portfolio.
